The fee includes: congress bag, congress proceedings in digital format, coffee breaks, lunch tickets (Sept 16-17-18th), welcome cocktail (Sept 16th, Banquet ticket (Sept 17th)and WiFi Internet access.

Accommodation
Given the very special location of ICCB2009 the Congress services will centrally manage also the accommodation of the delegates. Most delegates will be accommodated in the guest rooms available inside Bertinoro Conference Centre.
Last requests exceeding the Conference Centre capacity will be hosted in hotels located in Bertinoro or in the immediate surrounds at the same rate, including shuttle bus service to and from the conference site.
Accommodation rates are quite reasonable, and given the peculiar logistic of this congress we recommend that you take advantage of the congress accommodation services. Of course you are free to seek for your accommodation independently; however, please, take into account that Bertinoro area is relatively secluded, and thus public transportation to and from the congress centre is quite limited.
In house accommodations
The Bertinoro Conference Centre offers comfortable guestroom areas located in an ancient Seminary and at the second third floor of the Fortress:
- Former Seminary: 65 guestrooms: 32 single and 33 double* bedrooms supplied with telephone, bathroom, TV, computer connection (wireless or LAN). Furthermore, there are some common spaces: TV room, a reading room, a living room, a laundry and a canteen.
- Fortress:21 guestrooms: 16 single and 5 double* bedrooms which share a living room. Each room is supplied with telephone, bathroom, TV, computer connection (LAN).
- Agriturism:the conference centre has an agreement also with a couple of very nice agritourism accommodations; if you are interested please contact our Conference Manager

Other accommodations
If you have an autonomous mean of transportation, in the area surrounding Bertinoro there are various towns for all ranges of accommodations.
